Research Assistant (m/f/d)

for research projects in the fields of Business Management and Data Science

The Role

Gisma University of Applied Sciences is seeking three highly motivated and skilled Research Assistants to join our dynamic research team for a 3-month period. The successful candidates will support ongoing research projects in the fields of Business Management and Data Science.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support data collection efforts.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation using specialized software.
  • Prepare research reports, academic papers, and presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with faculty and research team members.
  • Maintain detailed records of research processes and outcomes.
  • Assist in crafting research proposals and grant applications.
  • Engage in research meetings and seminars.

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (PhD candidates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Demonstrated research experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of German is a plus).
  • Proficiency in relevant research software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
